Acadia Healthcare (NASDAQ:ACHC) declared two deals to buy a total of eight inpatient psychiatric facilities with almost 600 beds.
The firm has decided to buy Behavioral Centers of America, which is located in Nashville, TN, for total consideration of $145M in cash. BCA manages three inpatient psychiatric plants and one psychiatric hospital inside a hospital.
